Kristina Wheeler – MN REALTOR®

Hello! So nice to “meet” you! I have been a licensed agent since 2011, and I have loved every minute of it!  I studied Mass Communication/ Marketing at RCTC. Having served as a legal assistant to a real estate attorney allows an edge when it comes to the value, I provide my clients. I recently was blessed and surprised to have won top Individual Agent for 2020 within my office at Keller Williams Premier in Rochester, Minnesota.

I truly have a love and passion for helping individuals and families buy and sell homes, whether it’s the first time or the 100th! I recently got married to my amazing husband, Matt, on New Years’ 2020. We have a full house, with three wonderful children (ages 21, 7, and 5), as well as 3 “fur kids” (3 dogs). I enjoy being a part of our children’s school at Schaeffer Academy, assisting with community programs for homeless youth, and building this amazing team!

I married my amazing wife Kristina on New Years 2020 and together we have a busy household with 3 children. I have years of past experience in the construction world that truly brings a new edge to our team, instead of having to reach out to a 3rd party source for questions on anything from minor remodels to full brand new builds, our team has the advantage of getting these answers quickly right through me. We work with and have access to a wide array of contractors to make sure not only your real estate needs are met but so are any of your possible construction needs. I look forward to being able to use my first hand knowledge to ensure success in the buying or selling process for all my clients.

Heidi Skogerbo – MN REALTOR®

I have been in the real estate world for about 11 years now. I was raised in Kasson, Minnesota and graduated from KM High School in 2006. After that I went to MSB college for my bachelor’s degree, then found my way to a local real estate company, acting as Transaction Coordinator for a few years. I was presented a job opportunity at Think Mutual Bank as a teller, then moved up to a Closing Coordinator in the Mortgage Department.

I soon realized that I wanted to be in the front-facing world of real estate, instead of behind the scenes. I completed my classes and received my license while I was pregnant with my youngest child.  I still reside in Kasson, Minnesota with my 2 kiddos, and I do all that I can to support our local community. Although being on the PTA board, raising 2 children, and selling real estate can be a lot on one plate, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs.

Hi! My name is Brittany. I was born and raised in Witoka, Minnesota and graduated from Winona Senior High School in 2007. I spent many years in the medical field, helping my patients to thrive, and I loved it! My husband, Anthony and I live with our two sons (8 & 5) in Lewiston MN.

I always knew I wanted to go back to work once my sons were of school age, but I was unsure of what I wanted to do. When we purchased our new home in July 2020, I enjoyed the process so much, I knew this was a career I would love, one I could thrive in while still being able to focus on my family.

The best part of being with Team Athena is knowing no matter the situation I have a team of agents to help me ensure that my clients needs are being met to the full extent. Whether it be buying or selling, my clients are guarenteed to have all their needs met throughout the entire real estate process. Octavio Cortes – MN REALTOR®

I was Born in Michoacán, Mexico, and have called Rochester home since 2000. I graduated in 2011 from Mayo High School. A father of one very energetic and loving 3 year old, who shares my first name but goes by his middle name Alexander. My wife Allison and I are extremely excited to be adding another addition to the family in January 2022. I’ve been in customer service since I was old enough to have a job, mainly as a waiter. You can expect me to use all I’ve learned from working with and for people, to benefit our clients. My main goal is to make your experience buying or selling a home a fun and smooth process. Even though Minnesota has been home for the majority of my life, My roots are still deep within my Mexican culture, with Spanish being the language primarily spoken at home growing up, I am looking forward with helping anyone who speaks Spanish. Helping others, a knack for vision, and an obsession with looking at houses is what got me into Real Estate! Born and raised in the Winona Area, I was always obsessed with Real Estate, maybe due to the fact that I need to remove my shoes and socks to count how many times I have moved. That and I love seeing the potential in properties, whether brand new or borderline historic. After going through the process of buying and selling my own homes I thought, “Hey, I would be good at that!” A sit-down and conversation with a few members of Athena and I knew this was the career and the Team for me! After working in healthcare/elderly care for over a decade, I’m excited for the future with Athena! I even get the privilege of working with my husband every day! I am currently licensed for all Wisconsin transactions and look forward to being able to help all of my Wisconsin Clients. Paul Ebner – MN REALTOR®

What a rollercoaster ride it’s been so far! After growing up just outside of the Twin Cities, I moved to Winona in 2001 to attend Winona State, studying Mass Communications and Dance (yes, you read that right). After finding nothing in the workforce that seemed to excite me, I went back to sales which I had begun a career in at the age of 14, where I sold camera supplies and film for my dad. After more than a decade selling everything from promotional products, radio advertising and cars – I decided why not go all the way to the top and work in Real Estate. After purchasing 2 homes and selling one, I enjoyed the process and working with our agent so much, I wanted to bring that experience to people as well! Not only do I get to help people find their homes, but I get to do it alongside my wife! When not handling real estate adventures, you may catch me on the early morning airwaves of 101.1 The River, singing my lungs out in a Karaoke Bar, or NOT acting my age with my two children Chloe and Lincoln! Hello, my name is Sarah Grabow. I am a Minnesota native, and have called Rochester my home for over 24 years. I have worked in Business Management and Human Resources for over 15 years. I have been interested in real estate for over 16 years and decided it was finally time to help others find a house to call home! I enjoy helping others and am very detail oriented.

When I have spare time, I enjoy spending it with my family. We enjoy spending time outdoors, having bonfires, and playing with our dogs.

CARLEY EICHMANN – MN REALTOR®

I grew up in the beautiful little town of Byron, and graduated from Byron High in March of 2012. I met my husband, Isaac, the same year and we have been inseparable ever since. Together we have two beautiful little girls named Emmalyn and Irelyn as well as a bulldog named Roofus and two cats, Waffles and Bandit . Our little family moved to Hastings, Mn in the fall of 2020. As a family, we love to spend our time cooking or boating on the river. In our household, we are HUGE sports fans. As soon as football comes around, we eat, sleep, and breathe all things Vikings.

The start of 2022 brought a couple opportunities for me as I became a Certified Lash Technician as well as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Being a stay-at-home mom is an absolute blessing but I was ready to help my husband provide for the family and find a career that I feel passionate about. Not to mention, my husband is a Land Surveyor Crew Chief and I love having a career that works hand-in-hand with his profession. Though I am new to all of this, I feel confident in my knowledge and have an amazing team to guide me. I look forward to growing my skills and helping you find your dream home. SKOL!
